THE FILLING OF EXPANSION JOINTS (GROUTING)

If you live in New Belgrade's high-rise building or in another residental house assembled of concrete elements, where the expansion joints* were ruined in time and now through them the moisture from rain and snow make your life difficult, we can help you by refilling the joints with permanently elastic mass and in that way stop water penetration.

*joints between concrete elements filled with elastic mass resistant to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes.

REPAIRS AND WATER INSULATION OF ROOFS

If your roof is leaking, because of poor water insulation or a broken tile, we can help you by setting up a new insulation layer using the latest materials by your choice, or replace the broken tiles.

REPAIRS AND FACADE INSULATION (DEMIT FACADE)

If you decide to keep your flat warm with a layer of styropor or some other insulating material, and you are the only one in the building who wants it, we can insulate only your flat without expensive and complex scaffolding. If some plaster is missing on your facade or there is some other problem, we will climb down using industrial rope and climbing technique in order to repair the damage.

PAINTING WORKS

We do cleaning, corrosion protection and painting of the pillars, silos, chimneys and facades.

CLEANING WINDOWS

We do cleaning of the glass, marble and other vertical surfaces.

PLACING AND REMOVAL OF ADVERTISEMENTS

We do placing and removal of advertisements on various locations: on facades, bridges, between pillars, etc.

CLEANING, REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF GUTTERS

If your gutters are clogged, we are here to clean the gutters, or to replace them with the new ones.

TREE TRIMMING

If a branch hangs over your roof and there is a danger that wind or snow might break it and so damage or ruin your roof or hurt somebody, we will cut the branch applying climbing technique and safely bring it down to the ground.

SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL FROM THE ROOFS

We will carefully remove snow and ice from your roof and unclog your gutters. We also remove icicles.

PLACING SNOWBREAKERS ON ROOFS

If an avalanche of snow fell on you from your roof, we will place snowbreakers on your roof, which will cut snow mass and protect you from sudden release of snow and ice.
